Russian troops shelled a village in the Kharkiv region using artillery, according to the General Staff.

According to military sources, Russian troops continue to use artillery against the territories of regions bordering the Russian Federation. Today, January 20, the village of Timofeievka in the Kharkiv region came under enemy shelling.

Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled one Russian assault near Volchansk in the Kharkiv direction.

Additionally, Ukrainian defenders thwarted two more assault attempts by the invaders near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove in the Kupiansk direction.
