According to the prosecutor's office, on January 21 at around 2:00 AM, the Russian army launched an attack on the city of Kupiansk using a strike drone.

A 30-year-old police officer, who was on duty at the time, sustained an acoustic trauma.

It has been established that the enemy utilized a drone of the "Molniya" type.
