This was stated in a comment to the "Dumka" correspondent by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, while discussing the results of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal's visit to the Kharkiv region.

"Fortification structures. For now, we are continuing to fulfill the tasks set before us. They are constantly increasing. There are ongoing communications with the Ministry of Defense and the relevant military formations. Most of these requests will be handled by the SST, meaning the military. We will cover the needs that arise where the Ministry of Defense lacks resources. Again, we are talking about, let's say, the third line or areas where active combat operations are not taking place. The first and second lines remain exclusively under military control," Sinegubov said.

We remind you that, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the completion status of work in the Kharkiv region is at 99.9%. Approximately 800 strongholds have been built and equipped.
