In Kharkiv, as a result of an airstrike on a residential area during the night of October 29, two young men and two elderly individuals lost their lives, and two more men were injured.
This information was reported by the communication department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".
According to police data, on October 29 at approximately 2:50 AM, a Russian projectile struck a private sector, leading to a fire. A residential house was completely destroyed by the explosion. Fragments of the bodies of a 70-year-old woman and two men aged 26 and 25 were retrieved from the rubble. The owner of the house, who was at a different location at the time, provided DNA samples.
During the inspection of another partially destroyed house, the body of another woman was found. The deceased, aged 87, lived alone.
Two men, aged 50 and 67, sought medical assistance for acute stress reactions.
In total, as a result of the shelling, three private residences were destroyed, at least 17 residential buildings were damaged, and six private vehicles were impacted.
Investigators have opened a criminal case regarding violations of the laws and customs of war related to intentional murder under part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
