In Kharkiv, a temperature record was set in January 2025, surpassing the previous maximum recorded four years ago.

This information was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the hydrometeorological center, the maximum air temperature in Kharkiv on that day was +4.7° in 2021.

Currently, the thermometer registered a temperature of 5.3°.

Thus, the new record temperature exceeded the previous record by 0.6°.
