Filmed and shared with acquaintances: A porn enthusiast in Kharkiv received a suspended sentence.

A court in Kharkiv found a local resident guilty of violating the law prohibiting the distribution of pornographic materials and imposed a sentence with a probationary period.

This information was reported by "Dumka" based on the verdict from the Moskovsky District Court of Kharkiv.

According to registry data, a man in Kharkiv has been found guilty of producing, storing, and distributing pornographic video files. The convicted individual used his mobile phone to send pornographic videos via popular messaging apps such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Viber.

The investigation revealed that from April to June 2024, the man systematically sent videos of an indecent nature to several users. Despite the legal prohibition on distributing such materials, the defendant repeatedly violated the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and international conventions.

The court sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment, along with a ban on engaging in activities related to the production of film and video content for 2 years. However, the sentence was replaced with a 2-year probation period on the condition that no new crimes are committed.
