Yesterday, February 19, at 11:00 PM in the city of Kupiansk, a 47-year-old man was injured as a result of the shelling.

At 6:00 PM in Kupiansk, homes were damaged due to shelling from the "Uragan" multiple rocket launcher. A 59-year-old man was killed, and a 60-year-old woman was injured.

At 5:10 PM in the settlement of Kupiansk-Uzlovyi, a house was damaged due to shelling, and a 68-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman were injured.
