In Kharkiv region, another person has died due to Russian shelling. Here are the images from the scene.

In the city of Kupiansk, as a result of Russian shelling, one person has died and another has been injured.

According to "Dumka," this was reported by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

As per his information, today, February 19, a 59-year-old civilian man was killed when a private home was hit. A 60-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction.

"At least ten private homes have been damaged. The assessment is ongoing. Emergency services are working at the scene," Synegubov wrote.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation has been launched regarding this crime under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (committing a war crime resulting in death).

The shelling occurred around 18:00. It has been preliminarily established that the attack was carried out using multiple rocket launchers.

Recall that on February 19 at 15:40, the occupiers dropped a guided aerial bomb on Kupiansk. As a result of the explosion, a private residential house was destroyed. The body of a 59-year-old man was found under the rubble.

Additionally, the enemy shelled private residential areas in the settlement of Kupiansk-Uzlovoy with a drone. Two civilians aged 70 and 63 were injured there and were hospitalized in serious condition.
