In the first 10 months of 2024, customs officials in Kharkiv identified 59 violations of regulations amounting to 25 million UAH.
This information was reported to the publication "Dumka" by the Kharkiv Regional Customs.
According to customs data, the most common violations include the concealment of goods from customs control (11 cases), violations of processing conditions for goods (7 cases), non-declaration of goods (4 cases), and delays in the delivery of goods and vehicles to the designated customs authority (3 cases).
Additionally, the violations included instances of loss of goods under customs control (2 cases), delays in handling goods placed in duty-free shops during the liquidation of the store, cancellation or annulment of permits for its opening and operation (2 cases), delays in the transit of goods (2 cases), and obstruction of customs officials' access to goods under customs control (1 case).
Overall, from January to October 2024, the following data has been recorded:
