A resident of Kharkiv, despite a restraining order, continued to have conflicts with his wife, resulting in administrative penalties.
This was reported by the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, as noted by "Dumka".
According to law enforcement, in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, the police held a man accountable for domestic violence and disregarding the restraining order. Previously, the resident had repeatedly quarreled with his wife, threatened her, and instigated conflicts.
To protect the woman, law enforcement issued an urgent restraining order prohibiting any contact with the victim. However, the man did not comply with the established requirements and instigated another conflict.
Officers from the domestic violence prevention unit drafted a protocol for an administrative offense under part 2 of Article 173-8 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. This material has already been submitted for consideration to the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv.
