The General Staff reported the number of ongoing battles in the Kupiansk direction.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian occupiers have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 23 times.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 16:00 today, December 24, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the General Staff, today the communities in the Kharkiv region have suffered from enemy artillery and mortar fire. In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy has attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces four times in the areas of Volchansk and Vysoka Yaruga.

At the same time, in the Kupiansk direction, Russian occupiers have attacked the Defense Forces of Ukraine 19 times in the areas of Petropavlivka, Kolesnykivka, Zahryzove, and Lozova. Eight clashes are still ongoing.
