In the Kirovograd region, a Russian military drone struck a residential high-rise, injuring a mother and her children (photos available).

According to Andrey Raikovich, the head of the Kirovograd Regional Military Administration, a drone struck a multi-story building during the night and exploded. Footage from the scene indicates that a fire broke out in an apartment on the top floor.

On the night of February 18, the Russian army launched drone strikes on the city of Dolynska in the Kirovohrad region. The UAV hit a multi-story residential building, resulting in injuries to three people, including children, reported the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration (OVA), Andriy Raikovych.

According to the official, a woman and her two children sustained injuries. The victims of the Russian attack received immediate medical assistance. The older girl did not require hospitalization, he added.

Following the drone explosion, residents of 38 apartments were evacuated. Additionally, kamikaze drones targeted the Kropyvnytskyi district; fortunately, no one was harmed, Raikovych reported.

Judging by footage from the scene, the strike hit the eighth floor of a nine-story building. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out in the apartment.

Police clarified that they, along with rescuers, evacuated residents from the entrance. Information about the incident has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement is documenting crimes committed by Russia.

A heating and construction materials distribution point was set up near one of the stores on Nova Street, reported local community head Yevhen Zvezdovskyi on Facebook.
