Today's Weather: Forecast

On December 5, Ukraine will experience cloudy skies with no significant precipitation. The wind will predominantly blow from the southeast at speeds of 3-8 m/s, ranging from light to moderate.

Although nighttime temperatures will drop to between -5 degrees and zero, and in the Carpathians, it could reach -9, during the day, the air will warm up to above freezing. Thermometers will register temperatures from -3 to +2 degrees, and in the south, from +1 to +6 degrees.

What Will the Weather Be Like in Kyiv Today

The capital will also see cloudy weather today, but without precipitation. The wind will be southeast at 3-8 m/s.

In the region, daytime temperatures are expected to range from -3 to +2 degrees, while in Kyiv itself, it will be around zero.

Warming Ahead

Forecaster Natalia Didenko has predicted a warming trend in Ukraine. According to her, starting from December 7, there will be more precipitation and an increase in air temperature.

It is worth noting that "Ukrenergo" warned that on December 5, there will be power outages from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. DTEK has published schedules for Kyiv and several regions.

Aviation expert Valery Romanenko explained why airports in Ukraine, including "Boryspil," "Lviv," and even "Uzhgorod," cannot be reopened. He mentioned that it is impossible to shoot down a plane in the air at such a distance from the front, but the threat lies elsewhere.
