It has been reported that a group of six individuals had planned a tour across the United States this month. However, they were unable to perform even their first concert due to their tour van breaking down at a gas station in Vallejo.
"Группу ограбили всего через 10 минут после начала тура в США, когда они остановились выпить кофе."

The British indie band Sportsteam was robbed at gunpoint just 10 minutes after they embarked on their concert tour. This is reported by BBC.

It is noted that the six-member group had planned a tour across the USA this month, but they couldn't even perform their first concert because their tour van broke down at a gas station in Vallejo, California.

On social media, they shared a video along with a brief account of what happened when they stopped on the road for coffee.

"We were just robbed at gunpoint 10 minutes after starting our US tour," they wrote.

The video shows their white van being broken into, while someone shouts "get down" and "go inside" the Starbucks where the band members had stopped.

"We stopped for coffee. A man runs in and says that some guys are breaking into the van. I ran out to try to stop it and found masked guys robbing the van. They started shouting, and they pulled out a gun," the musicians recounted.

According to Sky News, the assailants stole cameras, laptops, monitors, and other personal belongings. Frontman Alex Rice mentioned that three band members had their passports stolen.

Despite the shock they experienced, the band was determined that the show must go on.

"We lost a lot of personal gear, but they didn't take our instruments, so we headed to Sacramento to play tonight. They can take our Nintendo switches, but they'll never take our ability to play rock songs about highways.

It’s worth noting that the band Metallica shared footage featuring a soldier-banderist from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Honored Artist of Ukraine Taras Stolyar, along with other musicians who are now serving in the military, performed 170 concerts during their tour in the USA.
