Jennifer Lopez was spotted searching for a new home, showcasing her single status.

55-year-old American singer and actress Jennifer Lopez is busy searching for a new home after filing for divorce and listing the luxurious family mansion in Bel-Air for $68 million alongside Ben Affleck. The celebrity was spotted with a realtor touring several houses in the Beverly Hills and Brentwood areas of Los Angeles, writes Daily Mail. Notably, Ben Affleck's new home, which he purchased for $20 million, is also located in Brentwood.

While viewing three incredibly luxurious homes, albeit smaller than her last mansion, Lopez wore a blue plaid flannel shirt, loose ripped jeans, and chunky brown suede platform boots. She completed the look with sunglasses and a brown leather Hermes Birkin bag.

As the weather turned cooler, Lopez donned a cozy brown cardigan with black patterns.

All three properties the artist viewed feature spacious backyards, large pools, and multiple rooms. The first mansion boasted a massive winding driveway and a secret black entrance and exit. The grounds include a large pool with a terrace, two covered lounging areas, and a garden with a walking path.

Solar panels are installed on the tiled roof of the house, and the entire area is designed to maximize comfort.

The second house, located in Beverly Hills, boasts a shaded pool, a spa, and a tennis court in the backyard. There is also a reasonably-sized guest house on the property.

The third mansion is smaller than the other two but equally comfortable. It has a more modern appearance, plenty of trees in the backyard, and a pool surrounded by a brick terrace. The property is situated between two large homes, with a roundabout behind it.

While Lopez searches for a new home, Affleck has been settling into his new residence since September, located near the mansion of his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Meanwhile, the shared mansion that the couple is trying to sell has been on the real estate market for nearly 150 days. The property, known as Crestview Manor, includes a main house with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, as well as a two-room guardhouse, a caretaker's house, and a garage for 12 cars.

Amenities include a bar, a home gym, a sports hall, a boxing ring, a basketball court, and a pickleball court, along with parking for 80 cars.

Affleck and Lopez, who are currently working through their divorce mediation with attorney Laura Wasser, received and accepted a $64 million offer from a couple in New Jersey, but the deal hit a snag at the last moment.
