The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper, did not mention explosions over Odesa and the region on his Telegram channel: he only informed about the beginning and end of the alarm. However, in a local community group “Odesa Info,” at 4:27 AM, they wrote about a ballistic threat to Zatoka and the explosions.
In the Sumy Regional State Administration, they reported the downing of seven "Shahed" drones. There was no information about the consequences or any casualties.
