The weather in Ukraine today is expected to be overcast, but no precipitation is forecasted, reports the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
It will be coldest in the central part of the country today, with daytime temperatures dropping to -2 degrees in Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions, as well as in Kyiv region.
In the northern regions, after a frosty night, it will also be quite cool, with temperatures not rising above 1-2 degrees.
In the eastern regions, on Wednesday, December 4, temperatures are expected to reach up to 3-4 degrees.
In western Ukraine, temperatures will fluctuate between +1 and +4 degrees.
The southern regions will have the warmest weather today, ranging from +2 to +4 in Mykolaiv region and up to +5 and +7 in Crimea.
Precipitation is possible in the morning in the south and in Khmelnytskyi region, while throughout the day, cloudiness will prevail across Ukraine without rain or snow.
The wind in most regions will be southeast at 3-8 m/s.
The weather in Kyiv will also be overcast, with daytime temperatures ranging from -1 to +1 degrees.
Forecaster Natalia Didenko predicted on December 1 what the weather in Ukraine will be like in the first week of winter. According to her, in the second half of the week, precipitation and snow are expected in the western and central regions.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, Ukrainians can expect a drop in temperature of 5-6 degrees compared to November and snowfall in December.
