The girlfriend of Mötley Crüe's lead singer miraculously survived a plane crash (photos, videos).

64-year-old lead vocalist of the glam metal band Mötley Crüe, Vince Neil, has broken his silence following the survival of his 43-year-old girlfriend, Rain Andreani, a renowned makeup artist, in a deadly plane crash, writes TMZ. The private jet owned by Neil, which was carrying his girlfriend, veered off the runway at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona and collided with another aircraft, resulting in the death of the pilot and injuries to several passengers.

Along with her friend Ashley, the woman was taken to the nearest hospital. She suffered five broken ribs, while several pet dogs that the women brought on board the plane are safe.

"This morning, Vince Neil's private jet crashed near Scottsdale, Arizona. Tragically, the pilot lost his life. The co-pilot and other passengers were taken to local hospitals. Vince was not on the plane. Vince's girlfriend and her friend sustained injuries, although they are not life-threatening. While details are still emerging, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased pilot and the injured passengers. Mötley Crüe will announce how to assist the family of the deceased pilot—stay tuned for an announcement soon," the band stated on their social media page yesterday.

Neil's attorney reported that the musician "extends his condolences and prayers to everyone involved, and he is grateful for the critical assistance of all the rescuers who helped."

The law firm Worrick Robinson Law, representing the heavy metal singer, confirmed the tragic details of the incident.

"At 2:39 PM local time, a Learjet Model 35A owned by Vince Neil was attempting to land at Scottsdale Airport. For reasons currently unknown, the aircraft ran off the runway and collided with another parked plane. Onboard Mr. Neil's jet were two pilots and two passengers. Mr. Neil was not on the plane. More precise details of the collision are unavailable as the situation is rapidly developing and an investigation is underway," the firm noted.

The Scottsdale Fire Department reported that at least one person died at the scene, and three were injured when the planes collided.

"We assisted five patients. One of them died, two were taken to local trauma centers, one patient was hospitalized, and one refused treatment," said Scottsdale Fire Captain Dave Folio.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that two private planes collided, and they temporarily suspended flights to the airport.

An investigation is currently ongoing.
