Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko informed that the country's energy system is facing yet another attack. He added that during the night, the Russian Armed Forces targeted gas infrastructure, and as of this morning, the energy sector remains under threat.

"To minimize potential impacts on the energy system, the transmission system operator is urgently implementing emergency electricity restrictions. As soon as the security situation allows, the consequences will be clarified," the official added.

It is worth noting that the Russian army has deployed strategic aviation into the sky. An air alert was declared across the country due to the threat of cruise missile use. As a result, Ukrenergo reported the implementation of emergency electricity outages in all regions.

Additionally, on February 11, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out massive drone strikes on Russia. Explosions were heard in several regions of the country, particularly in Saratov. There, a large oil refinery is located, which produces aviation kerosene among other fuels for aircraft.
