Drone operators in Ukraine face unusual responsibilities, as Bezuhla criticizes the military's bureaucracy.

A lawmaker stated that instead of focusing on eliminating the enemy, drone operators are required to rewrite all the tail numbers of the drones they launch on a daily basis.

In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, drone operators are required to report on which specific drones and their serial numbers they deploy against the enemy each day. This adds unnecessary work for them—having to sit down and record the tail numbers for later reporting. This issue was raised online by people's deputy Marianna Bezuhla.

"Killer bureaucracy. A typical example. Where is the simplification of asset write-offs? FPV drones should be accounted for as munitions in general. But there are also issues with the write-offs for ammunition and shells... We are nearing the end of the third year of full-scale invasion," the deputy wrote.

To support her statement, she shared a message from the commander of one of the UAV units, who was asked to provide the tail numbers of all 500 drones used by his unit over the course of a month.

"All drones are accounted for by tail numbers. It's fine if it's a 'Shark' or 'Vampire,' which makes around 100 sorties and costs 20-30 thousand dollars. But FPV drones are accounted for in the same way! My crew makes about 500 sorties a month. And the paperwork person is like: 'So tell me the tail numbers of the ones you've flown already.' But I have no idea what numbers we've flown because that's not what the crews focus on," the military personnel explained.

He added that a similar situation exists in the rear units—there, ammunition is issued by numbers and must be returned by the same numbers.

"You can't receive ammunition with one set of numbers and return it with another," the military personnel recounted.

Recall that previously Marianna Bezuhla, after former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi and current Chief of the General Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi, turned her attention to pilot Nadiya Savchenko. Bezuhla has raised suspicions that she may be involved in the Russian offensive on the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.
