Detention, fines, and property seizure: how those who fail to update their information in the TCC are penalized (video).

Authorities have the power to detain and forcibly transport citizens who are listed as wanted to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRC). According to Sergey Monukal, an official from the Sumy TCRC, around 10-15% of the military registrants' data has not been updated as of today.

Military personnel who fail to update their information on time face fines ranging from 17,000 hryvnias for violating military registration rules and the mobilization law in Ukraine, reported the head of the defense and mobilization sector of the Sumy Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, Sergey Monukalo, in an interview with "Suspilne".

According to Sergey Monukalo, the military registration data of the majority of Ukrainian citizens has been updated, as information from workplaces and educational institutions is automatically transmitted to the registers. Those who have not yet updated their data are sent summonses to clarify their status.

"Overall, the percentage of those who have not updated their information is not significant. It is approximately 10-15% of the total number of military personnel," — noted the head of the defense and mobilization sector of the TCK and SP.

This may include citizens who are abroad or those not subject to conscription due to limited fitness for service. However, most of those who have not updated their data, according to Sergey Monukalo, are unemployed. Some of them have been declared wanted, which gives the police the right to conduct administrative detention.

"This means not just inviting a person, but applying physical force: putting handcuffs on them and bringing them to the TCK. Then, the procedure for drawing up a protocol for an administrative offense for violating military registration rules or the mobilization law follows. The minimum fine is 17,000. If they do not pay — then it is submitted to the enforcement service, which will block all accounts and judicially seize any property that this citizen has," — explained Monukalo.

Recall that on December 14, the press secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, Elena Kuzina, stated who is sent to the front without training. According to her, those who served in the army less than 10 years ago are sent straight to service.

Also, on December 14, lawyer Dmitry Kushnarenko discussed who among military personnel will be notified of their summons via "Viber". He mentioned that if a summons is sent by mail, the recipient may receive a notification from "Ukrposhta" in the messenger.
