Kharkiv medics saved a pensioner who was dying from pulmonary edema.
This was reported by the KNP Khor "Center for Emergency Medical Assistance and Disaster Medicine," as conveyed by "Dumka."
According to the medical team, on the evening of January 4, at 20:44, an urgent call was received at "103": an 83-year-old man had suffered clinical death caused by acute pulmonary edema.
The emergency medical team No. 909, which included paramedic Bohdan Berezutskiy and emergency medical technician Oleksandr Stremoukhov, arrived promptly. Thanks to their professionalism, the resuscitation efforts were successful. The man's cardiac and respiratory functions were restored, after which he was hospitalized.
Rescuers emphasize that every second was crucial, and the coordinated actions of the medics played a key role in saving his life.
