In the Kharkiv region, a civilian woman was killed as a result of Russian shelling, and another man was injured.
This was reported by the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, as conveyed by "Dumka."
According to the investigation, yesterday, November 17, around 5:00 AM, Russian forces shelled the village of Hlushkovka in the Kupiansk district. A 61-year-old woman was killed, and an 84-year-old man was injured. Additionally, private residences were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk district prosecutor's office in the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Despite the challenging security situation, prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all necessary measures to document the crimes committed by Russian military personnel.
