In the Kharkiv region, a father will face punishment for sexually abusing his own daughters for two years.

A man who regularly raped his underage daughters will be tried in the Kharkiv region.

This was reported by the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, according to "Dumka."

According to the prosecutor's office, a resident of the Lozovskyi district continuously raped his daughters since spring 2022. The victims were 9 and 13 years old at the time the crimes began. He committed these acts when he was alone with the children and ordered them to remain silent.

The offender was apprehended in October 2024. He was placed in custody without the right to bail.

The accused faces life imprisonment. An indictment against the 43-year-old man has been submitted to the court for the crimes of raping individuals under the age of fourteen (part 3, 4, and 6 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
