A subterranean medical facility named "Ark" will be constructed at the regional hospital in Kharkiv.
This information was shared by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, as reported by "Dumka".
According to him, within the frameworks of the "Human Capital" and "Safety" programs, the healthcare project "Ark" will be implemented in the Kharkiv region. This involves the construction of an underground medical institution based at the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Hospital.
This will be the first underground hospital in Ukraine, providing high-quality medical services in the safest possible conditions. For our border region, the primary concern is to protect the population from enemy strikes. At the same time, more than 2,000 people will be able to receive medical services there," reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
