In Kharkiv, a representative from the Svitlychna bloc has relinquished her deputy mandate.

Deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council from the "Block of Svetlichnaya "Together" Larisa Orlova is resigning from her position ahead of schedule.

According to the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Council, the corresponding order was signed by the chairperson of the council Tatyana Egorova-Lutsenko, as reported by "Dumka".

According to the order, the session is set to begin on Thursday, November 28, at 10:00 in online format.

The deputies will consider 41 items on the agenda, along with deputy inquiries and the "Miscellaneous" section.

Among the items, the overwhelming majority concern personnel and property issues – the appointment and dismissal of heads of regional communal enterprises, and the distribution of communal property.

The Kharkiv Regional Council will also review amendments and approve a number of regional development programs.

The last item on the agenda is the issue of the early termination of the powers of the deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council of the VIII convocation from the political party "Block of Svetlichnaya "Together" Larisa Orlova.

We remind you that the NABU, during the verification of the declaration of the chairperson of the Kharkiv Regional Council Tatyana Egorova-Lutsenko for 2022, identified a number of serious violations, in particular, inaccurate data amounting to over UAH 3.4 million. In this regard, the NABU has registered a criminal case under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
