In Kharkiv, a metro employee was convicted for leaking information about TCC raids.

The verdict for a worker of the Kharkiv metro, who reported on raids by the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support via Telegram, has been made public.

This information was provided by the public organization "Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center" ( HACC ), as reported by "Dumka".

According to HACC, the individual in question is Olga Chernozhuk.

From November 2023 to April 2024, she reported the locations of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support employees at the "Akademika Barabashova" metro station eight times through a Telegram chat.

On November 14 of this year, a plea agreement was reached.

The court approved the plea agreement between the prosecution and the controller of the automatic checkpoints at the "Universitet" station of the Kharkiv Metro, found her guilty (part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - unauthorized dissemination of information about the placement and movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) and imposed a sentence of three years probation.
