Russian military forces launched drone strikes on Kharkiv three times during the day on January 9.

This was reported by the communication department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the police, on January 9, around 15:00, Russian military conducted a strike with a "Molniya" type attack drone in the Nemishlyansky district. As a result of the attack, a 65-year-old civilian man was injured. He is experiencing an acute stress reaction.

During the subsequent attack by the "Molniya" drone in the Nemishlyansky district, a power supply pole, windows, and facades of three residential buildings, as well as civilian vehicles, were damaged.

At approximately 15:40, the police received a report about an enemy drone falling in the territory of the Zhuravlevsky Hydropark. No information about casualties has been received.

Investigation and operational groups, explosives experts, and forensic specialists were dispatched to the scene.

Investigators have initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

It is worth noting that today, January 9, around 15:00, Russians launched the first strike with a "Molniya" drone on Kharkiv. There is a fire at the site of the enemy drone's impact.

The second strike was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv around 15:30. It is known that the drone fell in the private sector of the Nemishlyansky district.
