Rescuers have issued a warning about hazardous meteorological phenomena for the Kharkiv region on November 23.
According to "Dumka," this information was provided by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
As per their data, in the first half of the day on November 23, gusts of southeast wind will persist across the region and the city, reaching 15 - 20 m/s.
