An abstract art enthusiast from Newcastle, UK, Gaz Davis, has put his three-bedroom house on the market for £200,000, which is approximately 10.5 million UAH. This is an entirely ordinary property, writes The Sun, except for the bathroom.
1The ground floor toilet is adorned with leopard-print wallpaper, and instead of a mirror above the sink, there hangs a photo of Pat—a character from the BBC soap opera "EastEnders," played by actress Pam St. Clement from 1986 to 2012.
The homeowner insists that he is not a fan of the show and rarely uses this eye-catching bathroom, noting that it’s "just a design choice."
2After purchasing the house, the current owner, who is passionate about abstract art, admitted that his wife advised Gaz to rein in his impulses. Thus, he settled for just the leopard-print wallpaper in the bathroom, and instead of a standard mirror, he thought to hang a photo of the actress.
3Additionally, leopard-print wallpaper also decorates one of the bedrooms.
4 5The sale of the house is due to the man's move to Australia.
This listing has reportedly been viewed by several individuals, yet no purchase offers have been made. As a result, the owner has already lowered the price to £190,000, which is about 9.9 million UAH.
It’s worth noting that the luxurious Ca' Dario palace, located on the Grand Canal in Venice, is up for sale for £15 million but remains unsold.
