On Friday, January 3, 2025, an explosion occurred in the town of Shuya in the Ivanovo region of Russia, with the epicenter being the commander of the battery of the 112th missile brigade of the 1st Tank Army of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation (military unit 03333), Captain Nag.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to intelligence sources, Nagayko was on duty at his military unit and is now on the brink of death. He has sustained multiple shrapnel wounds affecting nearly all organs, including the brain, and has undergone a craniotomy.

The intelligence report added that Captain Nagayko was born on November 6, 1995, in the city of Svobodny in the Amur region of Russia. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation and the Mikhailovskaya Military Artillery Academy.

He was directly involved in the full-scale war against Ukraine and is implicated in the strikes with Iskander ballistic missiles on civilian and military targets in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

In particular, Nagayko's unit committed a war crime in the village of Groza in the Kupiansk district—on October 5, 2023, they launched a missile strike on a café during a memorial service. At that time, 59 Ukrainian civilians were killed, including an eight-year-old boy.

Ukrainian intelligence reports that there are rumors within the Russian 112th missile brigade that the 29-year-old Russian killer Nagayko has almost no chance of survival. His condition is critical.

As reported by "Dumka," on October 5, 2023, a Russian Iskander missile struck a café in the village of Groza in the Kupiansk district, where a memorial dinner for a deceased local resident was taking place. As a result of the shelling, 59 people died, and 11 children were left orphaned.

The UN recognized the killing of 59 civilians in Groza, Kharkiv region, as a crime committed by Russia.

On October 11, 2023, the SBU named the two traitors who led the missile strike on the memorial dinner in the village of Groza. They fled to Russia during the de-occupation.

On November 14, 2023, a court in Kharkiv imposed a measure of restraint in the form of detention without the possibility of bail for Vladimir Mamon and Dmitry Mamon, who are suspected of directing the Russian Iskander missile strike on the memorial dinner in the village of Groza, which resulted in the deaths of 59 of their fellow villagers.
