In Kharkiv, both elected deputies from the "Servant of the People" party, Alexander Kunitsky and Andrey Odarchenko, have fled Ukraine.
Скандальный нардеп из Харькова, который уехал из Украины, заявил о своем намерении вернуться – Арахамия.

The Kharkiv majoritarian deputy from the "Servant of the People" party, Alexander Kunitsky, plans to return to Ukraine after resolving a personal conflict with representatives of the patrol police.

This was stated by the head of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, people's deputy David Arahamia, to a blogger, as reported by "Dumka".

According to him, Kunitsky has a conflict with the patrol police representatives, which is why he left the country. Arahamia confirmed that Kunitsky promises to return after this conflict is resolved.

"I am aware of the situation with Kunitsky. He has a conflict. He will come back to Ukraine. Yes, he declares it. I cannot guarantee that anyone can keep their word after the situation with Odarchenko, who shouldn't have left at all but did, so I can't assure that anyone can hold their promise. But for now, Kunitsky says that after he resolves his conflict with the patrol police, he will return," Arahamia said.

The faction leader noted that Kunitsky could remotely resign from his deputy mandate and not have any obligations to the state.

"He really has an option. If he wants to leave the territory of Ukraine, if, as you say and I also have information that he is currently abroad, he can submit a statement to resign his deputy mandate through our electronic document management system, we will approve this statement in the Rada – and he will effectively be a Ukrainian, not a deputy, and not burdened with any obligations while abroad. I believe he can honestly say that after resolving this conflict, he will return," Arahamia stated.

Recall that on October 5, 2023, in the center of Kyiv, independent people's deputy Artem Dmitruk and deputy from the "Servant of the People" faction Alexander Kunitsky, according to the released video, beat a young man.

Additionally, in December 2023, the General Prosecutor's Office opened a case regarding the violation of exit restrictions from Ukraine by Kharkiv people's deputy Alexander Kunitsky.

The people's deputy from the "Servant of the People" party, elected in Kharkiv, Aleksandr Kunitsky violated the deadlines for exit permits in the summer of 2023.

Besides Kunitsky, another Kharkiv "servant", deputy Andrey Odarchenko, fled abroad to evade judicial prosecution.

On November 5, 2024, it became known that the elected representative from Kharkiv Kunitsky fled from Ukraine.
