С бассейном и кинотеатром: так выглядит шикарный 15-этажный ядерный бункер, расположенный на глубине под землёй.

In the midst of the fields in American Kansas lies the most luxurious and impressive nuclear bunker ever seen by the world, named Survival Condo, converted from an intercontinental ballistic missile silo known as Atlas. This is reported by Daily Star.

To access the shelter, one must pass through eight-ton steel doors, descend 60 meters, and find themselves in a 15-story building equipped with every conceivable amenity one might need.

The Raven Ridge 11 missile silo was purchased in 2008 for $300,000. After a "renovation," by 2012 it transformed into a 15-floor bunker featuring an aquaponics system for tilapia, gardens, a grocery store, a swimming pool, a theater, a library, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a jail cell, a climbing wall, a bar, a three-year food supply, and 12 apartments for 75 people.

The cost of the project, owned by the nonprofit organization Raven Ridge of Kansas Site 11, Inc., amounted to $20 million.

The facility also includes a shooting range, three weapon storage rooms, a decontamination room, a volcanic ash removal system, reverse osmosis water filtration, and a remotely operated sniper rifle on a rooftop observation post for the bunker’s protection. Additionally, there are two armored vehicles, including the tactical Pit-Bull VX truck.

Moreover, there are small apartments for an unspecified number of support staff.

Surviving the apocalypse in style won't come cheap: apartments are priced at $3 million.

As the company claims, for $3 million one can acquire an entire floor, which includes about 170 square meters of living space for 6-10 people, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. However, one can purchase half a floor for $1.5 million or a penthouse, which spans two levels, starting at $4.5 million.

It’s worth noting that British businessman John Graves acquired a nuclear bunker in good condition, equipped with everything necessary for living. The shelter has since become a family "cottage."
