According to the police, yesterday, on November 14, 8 men, 10 women, and 1 child were evacuated from the Kupiansk and Kurilivka communities in the Kharkiv region. Law enforcement officials urge people not to put themselves in danger and to leave frontline settlements.

"If you or your loved ones have decided to evacuate from settlements that are under constant shelling from the Russian military, please contact the evacuation hotline at 0-800-33-92-91, the police special line at 102, or the nearest police station," the message states.
