Patrol police showed the first moments following the Russian missile strike on the Kyiv district of Kharkiv on November 25.
The video was published by the First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department, Alexey Beloshitsky, reports "Dumka."
According to him, the video captures the initial moments after a ballistic missile of the S-400 system hit central Kharkiv.
"We were among the first to arrive at the scene, providing first aid to the injured, evacuating victims, and ensuring unobstructed access for emergency services. Once again, the terrorists have targeted a densely populated area of the city," Beloshitsky wrote.
It is worth noting that today, on November 25, the Russian army struck Kharkiv. Explosions were heard in the Kyiv district around 8:30. As a result of the strike on the city center, a fire broke out. The Mayor of Kharkiv reported that the occupiers likely used a ballistic missile S-400 for the strike. More than 40 buildings were damaged. Currently, there are reports of 25 injured.
