The General Staff reported on the enemy's attacks under the cover of aviation in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kharkiv region, the Russian occupation army conducted at least 15 assaults over the past day, launching airstrikes on four populated areas.

This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, according to "Dumka".

According to the General Staff, in the Kharkiv direction, Russian terrorists attempted to storm the defense positions near Volchansk five times, with one attack still ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked positions 10 times. Near the populated areas of Pyschane, Kolesnykivka, Kruhlyakovka, and Zahryzovo, the Defense Forces repelled nine assaults. As of the evening, one engagement was still in progress. Airstrikes targeted the areas around Berestove, Borovska Andriivka, Nova Kruhlyakovka, and Sheikivka.
