In the Kharkiv region, the Russian occupation army launched attacks near Volchansk and towards Kupiansk.

This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on Sunday, January 5, according to "Dumka".

According to the General Staff, in the Kharkiv direction, there were 2 attacks by the occupiers in the area of Volchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, there were 4 enemy attacks. Fighting occurred near Nova Kruhlyakivka, Lozova, and Synkivka. All enemy assaults were repelled by the Defense Forces.
