Accident in Kyiv: A truck crashed through barriers and fell off a bridge. Details available (photos, videos).

Today, photos and videos of the aftermath of a traffic accident in Kyiv have circulated online: a truck crashed through a barrier and fell off the bridge at Vydubychi. Images and footage are being shared by local Telegram channels.

The photographs reveal that the truck is lying on its side beneath the bridge, with the bridge's barrier destroyed above it. The video shows that emergency services are working at the scene of the accident.

There is currently no information regarding the driver's condition. It is also unknown if there are other victims.

As of the time of this publication, the National Police of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service have not provided comments on the accident at Vydubychi.

Recall that on the evening of December 30, a fatal car crash occurred in the Ivano-Frankivsk region: a company crashed their BMW into a truck. All five young individuals aged between 15 and 20 years who were in the car died. According to the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk, the BMW driver was speeding and crossed into the oncoming lane on a curved section of the road.

Additionally, on December 30, the press service of the football club "Veres" reported that their former player Vladislav Semenchuk died after a horrific accident in the Rivne region. The athlete passed away in intensive care. Local media reported that the driver of the vehicle carrying the footballer attempted to overtake, veered into a ditch, and crashed into a tree.
