According to the police, yesterday, November 28, at 6:05 AM, Russia launched an attack with a S-400 missile in Kharkiv. The infrastructure of private enterprises was damaged.

At 1:15 PM, the occupiers dropped a FAB-250 (FAB-500) with an UMPC module on the city. Windows of four apartment buildings were damaged.

In the village of Udy, the Russians hit an UAV outside the settlement. No casualties were reported.

In the village of Cherkaska Lozova, the Russians dropped three UAVs. The impact occurred on cemetery grounds, with no casualties.

In the village of Liptsy, around 1:00 PM, three UAVs struck a forest. No casualties were reported.

In the village of Veseloe in the Bliznyukivska community, the occupiers damaged residential houses, outbuildings, non-residential buildings, and a store. A civilian woman was injured - experiencing an acute stress reaction.

In the village of Baranivka, at 11:25 PM, two Russian UAVs hit. The impact occurred in open terrain. No damage or casualties were reported.

Evacuations continue from settlements that suffer from constant shelling by Russian military forces, where mandatory evacuation has been declared.

On November 28, police evacuated 11 people from dangerous areas.
