Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian authorities have not received such proposals directly, which raises concerns.
“No one has ever said this to us. People are afraid to speak about it to me directly,” Zelensky declared.
He also expressed readiness to consider peace proposals from other countries, provided they aim to achieve real goals and do not undermine Ukraine's national interests. The President of Ukraine pointed out that his country is open to discussions with Brazil, China, and others, but underscored that peace initiatives cannot involve the division of Ukraine.
“If you have a plan — great. But please, let’s avoid any division,” he noted.
Recall that Zelensky discussed whether Ukraine is ready for winter and what its security depends on.
