Error in Poroshenko's Identification Number
The published decree by President Volodymyr Zelensky states that the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of Petro Poroshenko consists of 11 digits, whereas the standard Ukrainian TIN contains 10 digits. Journalist Maksym Savchuk pointed out this inaccuracy, emphasizing that such an error could cast doubt on the validity of the sanctions.

Incorrect Birth Date of Zhevago
In the same document, Konstantin Zhevago's year of birth is listed as 1957, while it is well-known that the businessman was born in 1974. This mistake has also been identified by journalists and raises questions about the accuracy of the individual's identification against whom the sanctions are imposed.

Potential Consequences and Need for Corrections
The errors made could lead to legal complications in the enforcement of the sanctions, including asset freezes and other restrictions. To rectify these inaccuracies, the NSDC needs to hold a new meeting and make the necessary amendments to the documents.
