NATO's Secretary General stated that negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are possible and shared insights on when these discussions may take place.

This information comes from Glavpost, referencing Rutte's remarks made during a press conference in Brussels.
Генсек НАТО заявил, что переговоры между Украиной и Россией возможны и поделился информацией о предполагаемой дате их проведения.
The NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, emphasized that the Alliance's strategy focuses on providing extensive military assistance to Ukraine, aimed at strengthening its position on the international stage and countering Russian aggression.

Rutte is confident that military support from allies, including the United States, is a crucial factor in ensuring Ukraine's ability to defend itself.

“Although Russia has achieved some success on the eastern front, these gains have come at too high a cost. I admire the ingenuity and creativity of the Ukrainian forces, particularly in their use of drones for effective resistance,” Rutte stated.

According to the NATO Secretary General, Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be able to achieve his objectives in Ukraine. Rutte believes that when Kyiv is ready to negotiate with Russia, those talks will be conducted from a position of strength on Ukraine's part.

“If President Zelensky and his team ever decide to start negotiations with Russia, it will be from a position of strength. That is the only way it can happen,” he noted.

Speaking about assistance from allies, it is worth mentioning that Ukraine will receive the latest kamikaze drones from France: what is known about the aid.
