Miller emphasized that in the past, Chinese companies provided Russian enterprises with parts that were subsequently used for assembling equipment and weaponry. All organizations and individuals involved in such transactions have faced American sanctions.
“We have been monitoring shipments from China intended for Russian military purposes for a long time, but now we have evidence that Chinese companies are supplying Russia with ready-made drones,” he said.
The U.S. has also imposed new sanctions on Chinese and Russian companies involved in the development, production, and transfer of drones known as "Harpy," which are actively used by Russian forces on the battlefield. These measures aim to curb further arms transfers and enhance oversight of international supply chains that support Russia's military activities.
