Kravchenko, born on March 14, 1990, in Severodonetsk, is a graduate of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, where he earned a Master's degree in Law. His career in legal structures began in 2012 when he was appointed as an investigator in the Sevastopol Prosecutor's Office.
Over time, he held the positions of senior prosecutor in the Rivne and Lviv regions. From 2015 to 2019, Kravchenko worked in the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, and from 2019 to 2020, he served as the deputy military prosecutor of the Central region of Ukraine. In 2021, he became the head of the Bucha District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv Oblast, where he worked until 2023.
In 2023, Kravchenko participated in the competition for the position of head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, but in April of the same year, by presidential decree, he was appointed as the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
