The head of state underscored that the primary defense of Ukraine's future is the cohesion of its allies. In his view, the world must choose between stability and aggression. “The future is not with Putin, but with peace. And this is a choice for everyone in the world – even for the strongest – to be with Putin or with peace,” Zelensky noted.
The president also commented on statements made by Donald Trump, who claimed that his support among Ukrainians allegedly stands at only 4%. Zelensky called this information a fake and suggested that Trump had fallen victim to Russian disinformation.
Amid uncertainty in U.S. policy, Ukraine continues to seek maximum international support. Kyiv hopes that even if Trump wins, Washington will maintain its interest in strategic partnership.
